Guideline. Practice clothes only may be worn. Hand props may suggest or support a character. Excluding Shakespeare, extracts chosen may be from any play and the adjudicator must be supplied with either the published version or a hand written copy on which the Title and the Publisher of the play or book must be stated.

Copyright laws demand that competitors in Solo Dramatic Classes should announce the title,author and publisher of their selection - this introduction will not be included in the performance time limit. Entrants who exceed the time limit will lose one mark for every ten seconds or part of ten seconds over. See Regulation 4.3.
