Guideline: Marks will be awarded from 1 to 10 to each competitor entered in the versatility cup to correspond with the mark they receive in the set classes, i.e. 10 marks for 90 or over, 9 marks for 89, down to 1 mark for 81. The six entrants with the highest aggregate marks out of the 30 possible marks will go forward for the Versatility Cup, provided that they have been entered, where they will perform the three chosen qualifying pieces again in the form of a Recital. Costume not allowed. Hand props may be used.

Qualifying Classes

A Verse class or the Sonnet class

A Dramatic Solo

3.

Own Choice: to be taken from any Solo class in the Speech & Drama Syllabus

In Addition, a piece of Sight Reading will be supplied by the Adjudicator.
